Most thoughts, emotions and anxiousness caused by worry are negative, imagining worst-case scenarios that reflect our lack of self-worth and leave us feeling stuck or dissatisfied with life.  Through self-awareness, insight and transformation, the Life Management Program will help you overcome whatever is holding you back from living your best life.

The Life Management System

  • Using structured sessions, we identify maladaptive patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions to drill down to the root cause of dissatisfaction. We then use your newfound self-awareness to implement a positive program for change.
  • We explore different themes such as current issues, values and beliefs, significant life events from childhood, defence mechanisms and habits. We take the time to understand each concept before we move on to the next one. When we link the past with the present we get valuable insight about how we behave in challenging situations.
  • By studying living patterns and how they affect you, you learn the necessary skills to overcome blocks in any area of your life.
  • If you are repeatedly facing the same negative situations despite trying various coping strategies, then this program is for you.

Once you sign up for the program, you can choose whether you would like to embark on an individual or a group learning journey. You can complete the program face to face or online.

Discover your true potential

Commit to the program and spend the next 10 weeks in life-transforming sessions of 90 minutes. You will learn how to identify and move beyond your blocks, using the personalised Action Plan co-created with your therapist.
