Meet Vass
Vass Tsiakalis founded Resolve Therapy and has always had a deep interest in how people’s feelings, thoughts, and behaviours are interrelated and contribute to the formation of habits over time. Vass is trained in the psychodynamic psychotherapy modality, meaning the focus of therapy is on how past experiences, such as childhood, influence how we behave and affect the kinds of choices we make in the present.
With a gentle yet challenging approach, Vass practices person-centred therapy, viewing things from the client’s perspective and helping them reconnect with their core values and sense of self-worth.
