    We are here to help you work through whatever your situation happens to be. Sometimes, we can’t quite put a finger on what’s troubling us. We may have a vague sense of unease and just know something isn’t quite right. Other times, we know what the problem is but can’t seem to find a way forward on our own.

    It’s okay to feel uncertain. It’s quite normal and character building to experience challenges and setbacks at different times throughout life for various reasons. You may struggle with finding and keeping meaningful relationships or have a fear of intimacy, unsure of how you come across to others. You may question whether you’re good enough or have trouble truly believing that you are worthy of being loved (believe us, you are).

    This doesn’t mean that you should simply internalise your issues or dismiss the possibility of seeking help when things become overwhelming. Sometimes we may think that we should know better, but we lack the right tools and skillset to navigate away from what’s hurting us – whether it’s a toxic relationship, mindset or situation. In those times, if an issue continues to break us despite our best effort to resolve it, it is vital to reach out for professional guidance and support.
